Derelicts by jb, a question of time and decay as Mother Nature reclaims what was once hers. The Art of decaying technology is most mererosent of memories long past, as like our memories, all things fade away in time; things once there, are but a vague reminder of the grandeur they once were.
Many of my Derelicts are indeed altered, that is, the setting, the landscape is often substituted. Often an old car is beautiful in it's decay, but the location is not right, in a pile of junk, etc. but as I envision it for it's beauty, I see it in a different light, and digital technology simplifies the enabling of me bringing my vision to print. Rarely a Derelicts is virgin the perfect piece, the perfect place.
