As third generation designing and constructing houses that exceed the norms in longevity, I have choosen to take quality one step further, to an Art Form. My Grandfather and my Father like myself have never built a house to code, we have always built to exceed code and to an extreme, a house is a legacy that should last generations, not just a accepted construction life expectancy.

Resorts were the next step, the understanding of construction with the flair of an artisian, is a combination necessary in the creation of a Resort; for where more completely is an Artist needed, then to make something pleasing to someone for that special moment they have set aside to reward themselves with as their Vacation. Only a few things are necessary to make a Vacation special, a few things that a Resort should make prevalent. The first is simple, the vision should be so beautiful that it takes your breath away; every corner, every turn should be something more to discover; an experience to remember. Secondly, everything should be perfect, everything works, everything fits, and nothing goes wrong; absolute convenience with no inconveniences. Such is accomplished through durability and quality of every aspect of the facility; that coupled with an artistic flair, becomes the fulfillment of dreams for the patrons, and profitability in longevity for the investors.
